Method

Method structured in six levels, flexible to each case, including Portuguese conversation, grammar, reading and writing skills, listening comprehension, audio visual aids and role playing.

Portuguese Language Courses - Prices 2008 and 2009:

All prices include Portuguese language classes as stated below, text book, assessment test, final test, diploma, use of library, and cultural activities offered at the center (additional fees may apply for activities taking place off-site).

Standard Portuguese Course (Maximum of 6 students per class) --- 15 Portuguese lessons per week.  Prices:   1 week: USD 374.    2 wks: USD 748.    3wks: USD 1,122.    4 wks: USD 1,297.   Long Term:  12 weeks:  USD 3,309. 24 weeks: USD 6,072.

Starting dates for beginners 2008 (all other levels may start any Monday):

Intensive Portuguese Course (Maximum of 6 students per class)--- 30 Portuguese lessons per week. (June through September Only! Minimum enrollment: 2 weeks!).  Prices:   2 wks: USD 1,438.   3 wks: USD 2,157.   4 wks: USD 2,496.

Starting dates for beginners 2009 (all other levels may start any Monday):

One-on-one Portuguese Language Lessons --- USD 49 per hour.

Holidays 2008:  1 January, 5 Feb., 21 March, 25 April, 1 May, 10 June, 13 June (Lisbon only), 15 August, 7 September (Faro only), 5 October, 1 November, 1 December, 8 December and 25 December.

Holidays 2009:  1 January, 24 Feb., 10 April,  25 April, 1 May, 10 June, 11 June (Lisbon only), 7 September (Faro only), 5 October, 1 December, 8 December and 25 December.   

Accommodations 2008 and 2009:

Host Family --- Private room with breakfast. USD 169 per week -  Extra days USD 31 per day.

Airport Transfers:  Available upon request.  USD 66 each way.
